The property was original and nice with lovely staff at the reception desk. The room was particularly good, had an exceptionally good view of Castle. Got a lovely bed. Unbeatable location to attractions like a victorian pier, that was near the hotel. We dined at a great nearby restaurant with local dishes. Really enjoyed to be next to a funicular station.

Liked our stay, had brilliant 5 days overall. We booked twin room that was complete with about 5 towels, the bedroom plus comfortable bed as advertised. The location was incredible and stunning, met very very helpful staff on reception desk. Stopped by Top Floor Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's very close to the venue, recommend.

The location was marvellous and good, to Rossi train station, in the fairly nice area. The staff was very very kind and honest and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The continental breakfast had a wide array of delicacies and was satisfactory.
